Amanah
Amanah is a Shariah-compliant estate planning solution designed for Muslims, entrepreneurs, businesses, and families both in Nigeria and across the diaspora who want to manage, preserve, and distribute wealth in line with Islamic principles of Faraid, Wasiyyah, and Waqf.
what we do
We manage, supervise, and protect every Amanah asset with integrity. Guided by Shari’ah principles, we execute the wishes of the Waqf and ensure that assets are seamlessly transferred to beneficiaries when due.

- Amanah (Trust): We act as trusted custodians of your assets, administering them according to your wishes and the trust deed, in full compliance with Shari’ah, free from riba(Interest), gharar(excessive uncertainty), and maysir(gambling).
- Waqf: We manage Waqf endowments dedicated for Allah’s sake, whether Family (Ahli) or Public (Khayri), Perpetual (Mu’abbad) or Temporary (Mu’aqqat), ensuring that every income is utilized strictly according to the Waqf’s stated purpose.
- Wasiyyah (Will): We prepare and execute Wasiyyah (Islamic Wills) in line with Shari’ah, allowing up to one-third of an estate to be bequeathed to non-heirs, while ensuring the remainder is distributed according to the rightful shares of Islamic heirs.
- Hibah (Gift): We structure Hibah (lifetime gifts) within your trust, enabling you to transfer wealth in line with Shari’ah and your personal intentions.
- Zakat & Sadaqah Endowment: We manage Zakat and Sadaqah that ensure your charitable obligations and voluntary giving are fulfilled with transparency and directed toward the causes intended by the donor, all in alignment with Shari’ah.
- Education & Healthcare Trusts: We structure Education and Healthcare Trusts that extend your values beyond generations, financing education and healthcare initiatives that continues to develop communities, all in alignment with Islamic Principles.
